Product Replacement

Please return defective items for replacement or refund. If you want to return an item please contact us for a (Return Authorization). You will need to provide your return address, and a daytime telephone number. Please note that we can only accept returns on items that have not been opened / used and that are either damaged or faulty.

Items where the wrong size has been ordered by the customer will only be swapped if they are in perfect order and have not been worn (more than to try them on). Please note that the customer will be liable for additional postage actual postage costs.

 

Returns cannot be accepted for any other reason.
