The diaphragm is the pneumatic heart of the Venus Unit and is responsible for pushing and pulling air through the hose. The diaphragm should be inspected for wear after 200 hours. If none is detected, continue checking every 50 hours.

After a visual inspection, if the bushing is showing wear, this is the part that should be ordered.

The Air Control Box allows a user to put air into or take air out of Venus’ closed air system. The amount of air in the system determines stroke length. Sometimes the degree of arousal requires an adjustment to control the stroke length. Only small taps on either button are needed to result in a different stroke length.
